We know that life can be unpredictable and sometimes cancellations to appointments can happen.We have a policy in place to ensure that our small business runs efficiently and fairly for all of our clients. We ask that you give us 24 hour notice for any cancellations, so we can offer the time slot to other clients. If you miss or cancel an appointment without providing this notice period, we will charge 50% of the booked service. We value your time, and we hope you understand the importance of this policy.
